Art in Motion

This program encourages viewers to trace the outline of their bodies onto a sheet of paper, relate their outlined bodies to land-based things in nature (using similes and/or metaphors), and express their ideas using symbols and colorful images.

This program shows the viewer how a visual image may be transformed into an oral presentation and textual document, such as a speech, narrative, and/or cinquain poem.

This program aims to guide the viewer through the process of turning a poem into embodied movement phrases by using actions, gestures, and/or physicality to express meaning.

This instructional warm-up video is to help viewers stretch muscles, isolate body parts, and learn a combination of simple dance moves. Focus on your endurance, coordination, and ability to retain choreography.
